Post Pic of Your Aftermarket Shift Knob

Hey, I've been thinking about replacing my stock shift knob with one of these (MOMO Anatomico short or tall). Post a pic of what aftermarket one you have (hopefully my pics will post). My only hesitation is that the shift knob will not stay as secure as the original. I've had problems in the past with aftermarket shift knobs unthreading.

I have this for the cvt. The thumb groove on the top is perfect for the purpose. Used a little thread locker to keep it in place.

Yeah, that looks cool. Especially if you have a red Mirage. I didn't want to use thread lock or Teflon tape but, I guess it wouldn't hurt. I think the problem may have stemmed in the VW shift pattern. Putting them in reverse with an aftermarket short shifter always leads to have the shift knob thread out.

Yeah, I read your thread regarding the weighted shift knob. Looks cool. I know a lot of readers were commenting on your choice being too cold or hot dependent on outside temperature. However, I have seen shift knob covers for people with that concern.
