I never heard story in EU workshops, forums and groups anything about any problems caused by octanes.

I have found in my research that old models have problems with oil pumps and low or no pressure at all. Without pressure, the pulley can be damaged in one second, such as "flying" bearings and piston rings.
    New models got electric pump.

As Inuvik says:"Change your CVT fluid and filter and you'll be fine".
No worries. Don't worry, I'm not as retarded as some of my post's are.

So, because I rotated my hubcaps clockwise instead of counter-clockwise, my CVT is going to fail tomorrow??? Can I save it by throwing away a hubcap?

No, but if you put stripes on you'll gain 50hp!

I've got 130k on a 2015 with CVT and still going strong. It started its life as a rental car, I've had it for the last 100k. Done the fluid swap (via dipstick) once, going to do it again this weekend. Need to read up on the filter and see if I can do that as well.
