I have 175 70 13s,Honda Civic HX wheels on my 2015. The tires I have on are LRR tires too. I have them aired up at 40psi all around. A good amount of body roll from the tall side walls but they've been perfectly fine the past 20,000+ miles. Also, cruising at 60mph during my commute, the mpg gauge has been telling me I'm averaging between 51 to 53 mpg. My total mileage from a full tank of gas says differently though.

On a fairly new Mirage with a CVT, 46 mpg is very good! If you've been running your AC at all then 46 mpg is excellent.

    ...one tire was ~20
Your TPMS light should illuminate whenever one or more tires falls below 26PSI.

...was wondering how yall were able to get 50+ mpg with ease
Anyone can get 50+ mpg out of a trip or an occasional tank. But contrary to popular belief, getting 50+ mpg consistently in a Mirage is not easy. If it was that easy, the fuel economy log would be full of cars with 50+ averages. If you get your car solidly into the 40s, that is very good for a CVT-equipped Mirage.

I routinely get 4.5l/100 commuting. The second the weekend comes around, my average is in the low 5's.

It takes time to develop a method. I maintain 90km/h, I engine off Coast on all hills, carry speed through corners, engine off at lights, etc.

4.3 is a perfect drive to work, 4.5 is a perfect drive home. A little bit of deviation and I'm at 4.8. You have to be INCREDIBLY skilled to keep it below 4.5l/100, and I can't "legally" beat 50mpg. Gotta EOC and drive a little under the limits to maintain 4.7/50mpg.

On a nice day I can get 60 mpg fairly easily without ever turning off my engine. Warm weather helps.

I don't consider myself very skilled at all, just patient.

These are very encouraging words as I always wondered why I can just barely break 45MPG in my CVT Mirage regularly, I was thinking I was really a lead foot driver!
