So I'm doing the brakes on my 2017 Mirage, and both the local parts store as well as Rock Auto show Mexican and American brakes. Can anyone shine some light on this?

Hmmm...that's odd. The Powerstop website (image below) even asks you to choose between a USA and Mexican Mirage when looking up brakes?!? That's a new one on me.
For what it's worth...if you look up Mirage brakes on a typical US auto parts website (Napa, AutoZone, Orielly, Advance Auto, etc.) there are no choices beyond year/make/model for a Mirage.

That makes sense. I see the rockauto parts show exactly that. Rear drums are all over the place too regarding years. I'm just wondering why canadian parts stores would carry Mexican brakes.
