Caster isn't adjustable. Camber isn't adjustable but there are adjustable camber bolts available that are sold by size not vehicle model. We had to supply some for one of our cars once.
Wonder if the rf control arm or strut is bent? Those would be the weakest parts that I can think of that'd throw things off.
Is this the car that was 'hit light in the rear'? I'm no google alignment specialist so I'll let others decide for you how far off those numbers are lol.

I don't know if its ever been wrecked; don't think so. Bought it used a week ago. I can tell that previous owner rubbed the right side into the curb a lot, because the hubcaps are all scratched to hell, and the sidewalls are scuffed up. Maybe that was enough...

Well...the good news is your rear axle numbers look awesome! My rear numbers don't look that good.
You almost never see caster off on these cars (yours might be the first). The fact that you have a caster and camber problem on the same side makes me think that Fummins is on the right track with a possible bent suspension component.

Well, it's not wearing the tire, steering wheel is now level, and it goes straight down the road, so I'm not going to mess with it at this time.
Caster is not a wear angle...but camber is. Keep an eye on the inside of your right front tire for any excessive wear. If you rotate your tires regularly, you may not even notice it.

It might be a bent control arm messing up caster. In that case the control arm would be bent slightly rearwards by about 1cm or 1/2 inch. Compare both sides very closely from underneath using a tape measure. Thats what I would look at first if it were mine.
Camber is not intended to be adjustable, but round about one degree of adjustment is possible without buying anything.
If you want to do it real cheap, you could get camber lined up, and then after that you would definitely need to correct toe-in. First camber, then toe-in, not the other way round.
If you want to do it properly, replace the control arm and then have the alignment done.
If you don't have enough money, read the threads below for understanding and check it yourself.
