Cool old school Mitsubishi turbo story

I found this story online this morning, kind of humanizes what you hear in the news, through a story of a real collector's car. Great article worth the read, and also a RARE Mitsubishi if there is one.

A buddy of mine owned a Dodge Lancer turbo back in the day. I owned a Dodge Daytona Pacifica turbo. They were good cars for what they were, when they were.

Off topic, but, how did designers think a square box was appealing and further, how did the manufacturers manage sucker so many people into buying all this slab sided stuff? That whole era is as appealing to me as driving a refrigerator cardboard box around.
