    I just read this on the internet.Don,t know how true it is.

    The 15 Deadliest Cars on the Road

    An analysis of fatalities from 2018-2021 found the Mitsubishi Mirage G4 had the highest rate, with 205 deaths per million registered vehicle years. The 15 deadliest cars were mostly compact or subcompact models like the Spark, Accent, and Rio.

    The G4 has always had a worse rating than the hatchback.


    Also interesting that the Dodge Challenger is #2 behind the Mirage!?! Maybe some people shouldn't be driving RWD cars with 750+ horsepower. That's OK for me...just not the general public.

    Still feels safer than a motorcycle. Small cars not being as safe as big cars is not really anything new. It's always been that way.

    Very true obviously the small cars are going to be more dangerous in an accident compared to large vehicles.and no that was not the article i saw.

    Its not that subcompacts aren't safe, its just people buying massive cars that are heavy and don't need. Lots of SUVs are just lifted hatchbacks that are worse than a hatchback in every way.
