    My defrost kicks more ass than Steven Segal. The G4 too, even with a crimp pipe on the heater core.

    FWIW: just bought digital thermometer at harbor freight and checked passenger and driver vents. 139-140 degrees F at both on 2017 G4 with 29K miles. Will continue to monitor this winter.

    I checked my weather app for Atlanta, & it said you had a high of 67F today. We don't even roll our windows up for that!

    During the day time it's been back up above freezing the past couple days. Feels warm again!

    If you're going to test for a restricted heater core, you need to establish some consistent test conditions.

    Here's an excerpt from the unofficial TSB I wrote for the problem...
