I’ve seen it discussed here, and I just did my yesterday. All prep was done with POR15 prep spray, and POR15 paint was used. Mechanical prep was done with a needle scaler and pneumatic sander with 36 grit.
A tiny bit of drip occurred but zero worries on my end. Everything dried to a gorgeous appearance and rust is no worry on my end. The pics are of the paint wet. I did the rear twist beam, front subframe, control arms, pinch welds, behind the rockers and the floors.
