Sign me up for a top-spec yellow one...with that AWESOME plaid interior! Nothing says "'70s throwback" quite like mustard yellow paint and plaid seats!

My parents had a Mazda GLC like this when I was a toddler. I was told that when I got fussy all they needed to do was put me in the car. They didn't have to start the car or drive anywhere. Just putting me in the car was enough.

Lol, I believe this is the first new car my parents ever bought. My mom could not believe I remembered that car, but since they left me alone in a car with seats like that how could I NOT remember it?

I believe the pictured GLC has 7k original miles and is owned by Mazda.

Love the yellow hatchback, and I dig that seat patterning. I did read that it'll continue to have the 1.2-liter 78 hp engine, too.

Thank God it hasn't become a Renault or Nissan product yet! I like the Mitsubishi small engine 5-speed powertrain.

Ours was 4MT and that engine just screamed on the highway at 70 mph.

As for the new Mirage, it's the same highly reliable body and driveline. I'll being buying something before the platform changes,

Looks like padding for the door panels and arm rests! What a major upgrade!
