What's the most gas you've ever filled in your Mirage?

On any given fill-up, what's the most gas you've ever put in your Mirage gas tank on a single fill? Whether you've let the pump shut-off automatically or tried to top off.

I got 9.295 US gallons in a month ago, and that was using the pump's auto shut-off. There's got to be others out there pulling the same stunt.

You won before you posted. You work on them, and you bought one.

I'm seriously impressed with that result.

The closest I got was after a very long trip, I pulled in my driveway with the bar flashing and I planned to gas up the next morning. The gas station is 400m away. Well, the next morning the car started and it drove 300m before it ran out of gas.

I may very well have won the record if my silly car had gone just 100m further.

The most I've ever gotten was actually my most recent fillup at 8.442 US gallons. Generally I seem to only get about 7.5 gallons per fillup.

    8.615 gal, 32.611 L.

While I want to make the most of every tank I also don't like miscalculating how far into E I am and end up pushing by hand to the nearest gas station. I don't intend to be joining the 9 gallon club .

9.423 US gallons (35.67 liters). It's like stretching out the gas tank.

Hey Cobrajet, was that letting the pump auto stop, or did you top off? Also, do you carry a gas can?
