    Could try gooping it in dislexic grease and see how it goes. Maybe hit it with some electrical cleaner first, or at least post that you did so potential buyers here think it’s fixed more better er.

    What will you drop the price to now? Seeing as any joe blow will see something is wrong on the first test drive? I had to knock $3k off my old Outback and ended up only getting $1300 in the process for it, private sale. Catalytic converter burnt up and cost 3 grand to replace. Check engine light on, I couldnt ask KBB value price of $4300.

    Was that because it was a Subaru boxer engine that blew so much oil it poisoned the catalytic converter?

    I checked it and it is absolutely clean. No corrosion whatsoever. Got a ODB reader https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00652G4TS/ it showed a code of C1942. I tried to clear it and the lights are still on. Meh...
