Looks like I have the option to program 2 sets of wheels, and either 4 or 5 wheels per set.
The video of the non 2016 non Mirage shows it has a full size spare too. I thought the consensus was a full size spare doesn't fit these these cars?

That means little to nothing. Until it is programmed, functional and tested it remains a Rainbow Unicorn.

    And they spelled tires wrong.

Yeah well I'm not buying sensors to test for you guys lol. I remember people having problems trying to get sensors programmed to their cars. I'll see if I can find some sensors laying around that I can get to work on a Mirage. I just don't want to be stuck with a car driving around with the damn tpms light on constantly. What frequency are the Mirage tmps sensors, 315 or 433mhz or? It's spelt tyres by some peoples that are on the other side of them big puddles.

They are 315 MHz. But all 315 MHz sensors are not interchangeable. So if you have 315 MHz sensors laying around for other makes, they probably won't work with the Mirage unless they are "multi-application" sensors. Simple, right?

Tell you what just send your Autel instead of causing any problems with your Reasonably Priced Car I'd hate to see any harm come your way. Besides do you even have a TPMS controller installed?

I've got OEM sensors on my Enasaves and my WinterMaxx set

I just have the autel tpms tool, you can only program autel tpms sensors with it but you can read any sensor I've tried so far. It looks like standard makes sensors for the Mirage that don't require programming. My favorite! I've used huff sensors and had to track down a huff brand tpms tool to programs the sensor though I believe other tools might have been capable too, but not the autel one.
Looks like it might be a Mitsu specific sensor depending on the brand you look up. Standard shows mitsu only, Shcrader brand shows Mirage and a bunch of subarus using the same sensor, wonder if that's a typo?

Wonder if this one would work? It's not the exact same as the one I use but someones gotta have money to throw around for science? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Autel-MaxiT...75.c100623.m-1

My Autel tool is a few levels below that one...but according to the specs they supposedly do the same thing. I would bet my life that that tool would not work on a Mirage. My tool has an OBDII connection that works with Honda to read/write TPMS sensor IDs from the OBDII connector. But when I try it on my Mirage, it says "This function is not supported."

I haven't seen a tool below $900 that will put a Mirage into TPMS "learn" mode to register sensor IDs. The ATEQ VT56 might be the cheapest one that can do it...

Damn, you're probably right! I'd still like to try though. I'll dig further another day. Must deal with smashy car first.
