Mikhail - wow, I just saw this post. Sorry it took so long to respond. Is yours also a Lancer GTS? Or, if newer than 2009, a Lancer GT? I think they changed to GT in 2010 but it may have been in 2009.

I like the Mirage a lot but I'm probably not gonna make any car purchase moves for another year or two. Our '08 Lancer GTS has 122,698 miles on it and is running very well. Can't believe Mitsubishi build quality - it is so strong!

Mine is also GTS. They changed the suffix to GT for 2012MY. However, since 2009MY the Lancer GTS has 2.4 4B12 engine.

Is your Lancer equipped with CVT? If so, did you flush the CVT fluid already?

Mikhail - mine has the automatic CVT. I have had the CVT fluid flushed already, about three years ago. I got an oil change yesterday and a 27-point inspection and she came out sound as a pound. Never have I had any brake work done before and they're still good at 124,334 miles! This is an awesome car from an awesome carmaker!
