The Panda didnt even had power steering, so the Space Star is a big upgrade for her. She is really happy.

And i have orderd some Parts for even more comfort for her.

She got the car yesterday and iīm going to work on it on the weekend.

    Now i have both engines at home: 1,0 3A90 and 1,2 3A92

    Absolutely love the colour!!
Do you find much of a difference between driving the 1.0 opposed to the 1.2?

Once in motion there is not much difference. But my 1,2 is torquier.
The 1 liter needs a little more revs to get up. I can drive my 1,2 between 2200 and 2500 rpm and accelerate
decent. The 1 Liter lags a bit until it reaches around 3000 to 3200 rpm, than it goes.

There are only 9 hp difference. 1,0L has 71 hp my 1,2L has 80 hp. Tourque is a little bit more different.
    The 1,0L has 88 NM ( 65 lb ft ), my 1,2 has 106 NM ( 78 lb ft ). But i can feel this difference only
in low rev situations. Above 4000 rpm ( merging into traffic or overtaking ) i dont really feel that much of a difference.

And my mum likes it a lot, because her Panda only had 54 hp.

That seems to be a general consensus, slightly more torque getting up to speed but once there its almost the same.
I really do wonder why they don't offer the 1.0 here in North America, I'm sure many of us would have taken that option given the choice.
Glad to hear your Mum is happy with her new car. These are great little whips, my mum loves borrowing mine but always tells me "Shes much slower then my Bug (vw) but I do miss driving stick"

Very nice, good pictures too. I'm very interested in the armrest. You say a Yaris P1, where did you get it from?
I really love the 4 door saloon but we just don't get them here in the UK. The Mirage doesn't sell too well here so the 4 door would be even harder for them to sell. Two nice colours you have there Interceptor.

Lucky you. I would LOVE to be able to compare them.
