    Rock Auto may not work for everyone but it's a good resource.

    I was surprised that fred101 couldn't find A/C parts, so I checked.

    It's funny, I haven't had a single problem with the ac system other than a few condensers getting pin holes. And a few ac lines getting damaged by frayed belts. Neither of which should or could have been covered by warranty. The only other ac problems I recall seeing on this forum was the compressor clutch on a few members cars. A compressor even from rock auto is still almost 500 Canadian peso's. And a lower control arm is over 200. You can get a huge cast iron Lower control arm for a 2000 something Chev truck for under 100 but for some reason the cheapo stamped steel Mirage one is more moneys. Obviously not much demand for one.
