All OK and the kid's Ford C-Max was not badly damaged. But mine could not be driven without issue and would need to be towed anyway. Lucky he had current insurance both with same company. I hope she can be repaired. I kind of like the ol' girl even with all the Mirage quirks.

Given the price of Mitsubishi parts and damage we can't see in that picture, you might have $5K+ worth of damage there. What's the Blue Book value of a 2017 G4...maybe $8,500? Hopefully it's not that bad but there's at least a possibility that it might be totaled.

I'm not trying to freak you out. I'm just telling you it's a possibility. That's why many Mirages end up in salvage yards or have rebuilt titles.

I know you really took care of your Mirage so it makes it tough when someone else jacks it up beyond your control. Glad everybody is ok and hopefully Mitsuko can get repaired and back on the road.
