How Do I Renew Rear Wiper Blade.

Jesus Christ, I've been driving for over 43 years with all sorts of cars, over the years I've carried out all manner of remedial works but now I'm stumped.
Cannot work out how to replace worn rear wiper. Sick and tired of these inane ways of fitting a wiper, it's like bloody origami on a metal object. Anybody have an idea. or is a simple case of when rear wiper has worn it's time to buy a new car?
Picture of new wiper, that useless manual just shows how to renew the rubber. Someone should write a manual on how Mitsubishi can produce a proper one. Not the first time I've had trouble trying to decipher that bit of garbage.

Bend the wiper blade backward until it clicks. You will feel like you are going to break it, but you won't. The simply put the new one on the same way you took off the old one.

Thanks Cobrajet. After posting I lost my temper went out there and thought f??k it, if it breaks it breaks and that's it. So out I went grabbed the bloody thing and twisted, bent and stretched it and lo & behold I heard the snap (you're quite right, you think it'll break) then things looked easier and I managed it. Yet another reason for me liking the 4 door saloon, devoid of a rear wiper.

My Subaru Forester's 14" rear wiper snaps off in the same manner. I don't think the 12" Mirage wiper is that unique.

It does feel the thing may break. Good description Cobrajet!

I also found that bambo pad I use everyday, it ships to England. Worth it for your next trip to London.

We sell the rubber insert for $14.95, OE rubber, and we do the install for you. I don't remove anything, I flex the retainer bars beyond the lip, remove, swap, and reinstall the same way. Takes me about 15 seconds.

**if your car is in the shop, we do $25 with install. If a tech does it, gotta charge.
