    Smart answer, but not to the question.
    Repeat: Can the ECO lights/ECO indicator system be enabled/disabled in ETACS?

    Background: A stripped-naked-model speedometer without rev-meter, without ECO lights, etc., would be replaced by a normal one as seen in the other models. If that were to be accomplished, various functions would need enabling in ETACS.

    I was able to accomplish enabling it sometime in 2016 when ED has free option.
