Oh I would like that L200 truck. We don't get imported light trucks in the USA because of the 25% light truck tariff.

I wish Mitsubishi hadn't sold their factory/plant in Normal, Illinois. The L200 could have been built here.

I've actually seen someone driving a L200 in Wisconsin twice now. I am not sure the circumstances of how they have it here? I am not confusing it with something like the Mighty Max either. It's a modern 4-door Mitsubishi pickup that looks exactly like the L200. It's a nice newer truck with the 3 diamond Mitsubishi symbol up front. It's caught my attention (light tan in color) in a nearby town while I have been driving through it twice now.

We don't get that L200 truck in Canada either. Accidental rollover effect from not importing small trucks to the USA.

However, you can get that truck in the UK and Australia. I like small trucks myself, although that looks midsized..like the size of a Tacoma. I wonder if Mitsubishi makes the L200 2 door nowadays. Doubtful.

They are sold very actively in Russia. We have some cars we want to buy but they are sold only in USA.

I like such a proverb the grass is always greener on the other side.

They do it in order to we buy new cars more often. We have a chat group in "What's APP" for Mirage owners and the most of the guys consider viscosity 5W-30 to be the best for Mirage and gasoline Regular (RON-92) is better for Mirage.

Which viscosity oil and gasoline do you use?

I use the 0W-20, but I'm all about the most mpg, which I think that oil does best in lower engine friction/resistance. But many on here run 5W-30 with no problems. Was just curious about your opinion. Thanks

    Look at my manual.

Viscosity 0W-20 is for better gasoline economy.

Viscosity 5W-30 and 10W-30 is for better protection of the engine.

I wish our American owner's manual was that honest about oil!

Apparently, 0W-20 will get everyone past the warranty period without issue.

Commonsense tells me to use 0W-20 during our Wisconsin winter months, and 5W-30 during the warmer months of the year. I haven't started doing that yet, but I have surely thought about it.

This is what my owner's manual states about oil for the Mirage -

Mitsubishi Motors Genuine 0W-20 Synthetic Engine Oil is recommended for optimum fuel economy and cold weather starting.

If Mitsubishi Motors Genuine 0W-20 Synthetic Engine Oil is not available, 5W-20 grade oils displaying the ILSAC certification can be used.

However, Mitsubishi Motors Genuine 0W-20 Synthetic Engine Oil should be used at the next oil change to maintain optimum fuel economy and cold weather starting.

There is no mention of 5W-30 or 10W-30 oil in our owner's manual.
