I might have out-cheaped the cheap! (Cheapest roadworthy used Mirage?)

Okay, what's the lowest someone has paid for a Mirage on here? Not counting a wrecked heap for parting out but a car that runs and has a clear title haha. I may have out-cheapassed the cheap hahaha.

Keep in mind this is after a lot of cleaning. The inside was flippin horribly nasty. Children really do destroy cars if the parents don't care. A few hours with my trusty Bissell and cleaning products to wipe everything down and it looks great inside!

I can only compliment you. It's looks great both inside and out.

I can't compete with you on price. I've only bought the one Mirage, & I don't plan on buying another vehicle for quite some time now.

Assuming your new red Mirage is an upper trim level, because it doesn't have steel rims with hubcaps?

Your new Mirage looks great, Dodge Aries K. Mirage's look good in red. If you're all about Mopar, you should import one of those Dodge Attitude Mitsubishi Mirage's they sell in Mexico. That would be a standout car on US roads.

Trick it out with all the accessories, and you would have the most rare new Dodge on the road.

Fortunately we only have to pay tax when you transfer the title instead of the yearly tax.. for now anyway.

I bought the car with electrical problems. Turned out it was a rear done light someone installed and it shorted out on the roof. Ripped that crap out, replaced the blown fuse, and it's perfect now. There was a scuff on the passenger side I buffed off so now it looks decent. I gotta pop out a dent in the driver door still. And it has three recalls so it will probably get a new free engine, too hahaha. And yes, it's the ES model so top tier for US 2015 models.

Best of all, I got the car for $850. Less than four digits for a 5 year old car with under 100,000 miles. Originally I was going to sell it but I might hold onto it and let some of my old stuff go like my Voyager turbo and some of the K cars I've saved from the scrap pile.

Hard to believe that you have a 2015 car with under 100,000 miles, for under $1000. Well, it had issues though, not everyone wants to tackle a car with issues.

I have the space for lots of cars right now, but I just own 1 car, my Mirage. I am looking at getting a second car because I feel like I should have kept my old VW Rabbit cabrio, but who has a magic crystal ball that I would own an old house with a huge yard one day.

Worrisome this engine recalls. There's no data on how many were effected. My 2014 has no recall notice but still, I have no warranty.

    Holy cow!!! Congrats!

    You win.

I think Wally is next in line: his grey base 2014 5MT was around twice that price before tax/inspection, but it's got 50% higher miles than yours.

My 2014 top trim 5MT was $2600 before tax/inspection. Similar mileage to yours, but mine had significantly more stuff wrong with it: Here's everything that was/is wrong with my $2600 Mirage

    How/Where did you find it?
