What's that place in Cleveland with the crazy good Chili Mac? I saw it on "No Reservations" food show and I dont care how long I would have to cry on the toilet the next day because it looked that good to eat. Boneless wings though really grinds my gears. It's the stupidest marketing concept since Clear Pepsi.

Diggler 2020! Boneless wings are fake wings!
They take what a third of a chicken breast tenderloin? And then cover it in batter so thick it's more flour than protein and call that a wing.

What is Chili Mac? Sounds good. One show I can watch on repeat is Triple D. I like to bake. I can make a great carrot cake. I could probably live for 6 months off $5 worth of carrots and flour.

I didn't realize this was an issue. Not being much of a cook, I looked up the recipe for "boneless Buffalo wings".

    BAKED BONELESS BUFFALO WINGS

    INGREDIENTS
    1 cup flour
    2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 large egg or 2 egg whites
    1/4 cup milk
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks or strips (about 3/4-1 lb. of chicken)

    SAUCE:
1/4 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (I prefer Frank’s)
    1-2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons water

Looks like a recipe for Buffalo chicken tenders to me!

You might be thinking of Skyline Chili? They are out of Cincinnati at the lower end of the state.

They serve spaghetti noodles with tomato sauce (seasoned with a bit of cinnamon among others) with meat. I had some for the first time a couple of months ago and was not impressed. I had their chili dogs and sampled their 3-way and 5-way.

One could easily make it at home for a fraction of the cost. Look up some recipes and give it a try.

Skyline Chili: fast foods answer to constipation. But those Skyline Dogs with mustard and onion though...

Oh man there’s nothing like a good chili dog. Really hits the spot.

Cleveland has its Polish Boy and every restaurant has their own version.

That could be a fun thing to do - try different variations of a dish.

I love a good Chicago Dog the best. I hear a NYC dirty water dog is good, too, but never had one. Can anyone on here confirm?

No no no NYC ratdog is horrible. I was in Manhattan with my wife to see her sister in a show and right outside are hotel was a hot dog stand. I was like I gotta try this, so I ordered a dog with onions and I was expecting grilled onions but got this orange mush instead. Disgusting and it set me back $12 bucks. They sell frozen Skyline Chili at Publix so I might give that a try.

For those that didn't click the my link, it was a moving speech before the Lincoln NE city council by a young man. One of the council members was his father and I never saw him more proud of his son.
