    Not only great fuel economy but -

    The soft suspension of the Mirage on large straw/hay bales would have to provide a smooth ride, too!

    Anybody figure out what the black things are on the back of the car?? At first I thought - some kind of straps. But it doesn't really look like it.

    Heavy duty ratchet straps are holding the car down. They are strung through each of the alloy wheels. Looks like some black plastic was wrapped around the car, but the wind has blown it off.

    It's a bit easier to see things on the larger photo offered in the article.
