    Question Bug deflector/wind deflector thoughts

Has anyone bought one of these (or similar)?
What do you think of it?
    Did it affect MPGs?
    Does it deflect bugs/rocks?
    Should I get one?

Alternatively, you could plastidip the edge of the hood. Would certainly have to be redone occasionally, but it's less permanent (no adhesive, easier to remove) and less likely to cause damage if you had to take it off.

    Yep.
    I like the look.
    Bugs I guess, rocks no.
If you prefer looks over actual functionality, then yes.

I have one on my car, you can see it here. https://mirageforum.com/forum/showth...(Garage-entry)
It didn't seem to change gas mileage any. It does fit secure & no holes to drill. I don't really know about rocks, I installed it 'cus I liked the look
I didn't know what to do, so I didn't do anything

I was gonna get one for the Especially if you t I'd rather replace a piece of plastic than buy a new hood and get it repainted every few years.
