I know this is an old post, but I’m curious if you resolved your problem? I have a 2019 Space Star I bought new two months ago and it has been randomly disconnecting CarPlay. Sometimes it will work for a few days and then other times it will just disconnect and connect constantly all the time. I’ve tried various iPhones and different cables of different lengths, but it still is doing it.
I took it to the dealer to check and they said it worked whenever they tried it, which was frustrating. They said if it still happens to bring it back, but if I could resolve the issue myself and save some time it’s be great. Thanks!
