It doesn't operate the clutch. It just hits the brakes. If it stalls, it stalls. The Toyota system does the same thing.
Also, I'm surprised only the SE gets the lane departure warning and auto high beams... the system is already there to stop collisions and it's the same system that does the other stuff. Weird.
Finally, I'd go out and buy a new SE right now but NO MANUAL YET AGAIN! Dammit Mitsubishi!
Base model ES only. With the rapid disappearance of a manual transmission even being offered anymore I'm thankful it's still an option.
