    Hatchback Trunk Organizers!

I tried to search, but couldn't find anything in this forum... Are any of you using trunk organizers in you hatchback? I like to be fairly prepared and carry some items in whatever car I have. Now with the Mirage, as you all know, storage space is minimal. So I am looking at trunk organizers. I would love to see anybody's setups or if you have personal experience with a good trunk organizer. There's hundreds to choose from. Also I am open to any other ideas that are not necessarily trunk organizers...

List of stuff I keep in the car-
    1) Auto sized fire extinguisher
    2) 3- liter sized bottles of water
    3) Snacks
    4) Compact tire inflator
    5) Compact blanket/towels
    6) Basic tools/repair stuff (this all fits in one of the small Plano ammo cans currently)
    7) Travel fishing setup w/tiny tackle boxes
    8) Individual gal ziplocs, each containing a full change of clothes for each family member (3)
    9) A pair of lightweight shoes for everyone (3)
    10) Compact jumpstarter

If anyone carries anything they think should be added to my list, I am open to suggestions too!

I ordered an envelope style cargo netting off Ebay. Really helps keeping things from rolling around. Paid $20.

Well that's not a bad idea! I wonder how "tight" those are. I've had similar things in the past that sagged with items that had more than a little weight to them. Either way, that would be nice for the shoes, clothes, towels, and snacks at least. Thanks for the idea!

I put 40lb tote bags in mine, extremely durable.

Reflective vest, jumper cables, brimmed hat (for sun and/or rain)
Winter gets (in addition to your list) extra gloves, stocking cap, small shovel, multiple light jackets for layering...I should include wool socks.

Adding a reflective vest and brimmed hat to my gear sounds like a good idea! That reminds me that I need to throw a couple of my flashlights in there as well. Luckily I don't have to worry about cold weather gear here I don't know how you guys do it up north!

With a Mitsubishi Mirage, you can leave the tools at home.

I don't have a flashlight in the back because I keep it in the door pocket. Doubles as an innocuous weapon.
