Oil change place put 3.8 quarts of oil. Drain or no?

Got my oil changed and its reading a quarter of an inch over the full dot. Place says they "put the required 3.8 quarts in with a digital gun so we know its right" but I see its only supposed to be 3.2 In this small of an engine do I need it drained? On a bigger car a half quart isn't a bunch extra but on these??? Thanks guys!

You can check out the discussion in this thread. If they put 3.8 quarts in instead of 3.5, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
