New owner of a pre-owned 2013 MY14 Mitsubishi Mirage ES LA Hatch

New owner of a pre-owned 2013 MY14 Mitsubishi Mirage ES Hatch (Auto), with 70k ran on it, posted it in my Garage.

Backstory:
Bought a pre-owned 2006 Mitsubishi Magna - Executive (Auto) (approx. at 2015, from a friend, $750?)
- installed an after market parking sensor

Bought a pre-owned 2006 Mitsubishi Colt - LS (Auto) (sold above due to it chugging fuel, approx. at 2016, via gumtree $3000, bought being most fuel efficient up-to-date vehicle at that time)
- installed after market weathershield
- installed front and rear mud guards
- installed an after market parking sensor
- installed a Mini 0906 dual dash camera
- installed bonnet and headlight protector
- installed after market chrome door cover
- installed after market chrome door edge
- changed all T10 bulbs to LEDs

Bought a pre-owned 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander - ES (Auto, Optionally upgraded) (gift to my lovely wife, approx. at 2017, via Mitsubishi Dealership, at the time of purchase, it is the most fuel efficient up-to-date vehicle for a Normal-sized SUV)
- installed after market weather shield
- installed front and rear mud guards
- installed a Mini 0906 dual dash camera
- upgraded basic MMCS into touch MMCS
- removed after market reverse camera
- installed OEM reverse camera
- installed after market chrome door cover
- changed all T10 bulbs to LEDs
- changed all dome/cargo lights to LEDs

Bought a 2011 Honda CBR250RAB (due to the Colt (I called it RedOne) getting written-off due to an unfortunate accident back at mid 2019, approx. late 2019)

Bought this pre-owned 2013 Mitsubishi Mirage - ES (Auto) (sold the bike, bought from Mazda Dealership, bought due to it being the most fuel efficient up-to-date vehicle for the budget)
- pending modifications

All modifications above are DIY.

Looking forward to these immediate modifications (some of these have been researched already):
- cruise control
- either carbon fibre or glossy black B pillar vinyl
- window tint 35% front, 20% back (as per WA state law)
- add dome and cargo light (oem light and connection, prolly getting if from a wrecked mirage sedan)
- upgrading the outlander to SDA (first version), then install the touch mmcs to the mirage
- installing A119 dual dash cam to the outlander, then move the Mini 0906 to the mirage, these are hardwired, with a master switch to easily turn parking recording off when at home (saves battery).
- noise deadening (this car is freaking noisy!)
- after market reverse parking sensor
- either OEM or aftermarket DRL

I will do my best to write-up and document these. Please note that I only consider myself as a Car "Hobbyist".

It pains me that the mirage does not have the basic "Welcome Light" and "Coming Home Light" features, scouring ETACs change-ables, as the 2013 outlander has:

(Welcome light features means position lights turns and stays on for x seconds when unlocking and locking via remote, coming home light means flicking the high beam once everything is off, activating low beam on for x seconds)

I do have a full my14 outlander service manual from http://mmc-manuals.ru, and has just downloaded the my14 mirage service manual.

I will most definitely be needing the communities help when it I start playing around with my new baby.
