Mitsubishi Kitana, a poor man's WRX. Make it for $25 to 30k. Only a small segment would buy it but itd get Mitsubishi back on boy's minds. Jalopnik writers would go nuts. 6speed, rwd, bare bones interior but alot of money put into the exterior (Mitsubishi front fascia designs are beloved and stand out IMO). Wide selection trim levels, convertible, traditional Infiniti 8speed auto put in for the ladies. It'd work. Mitsu needs to give us a call. I heard there could be a 4000GT? Or at least a clamoring for it.

We'd be lucky if the Lancer Evo cameback. This would be the most likely scenario IMO.

There is a lot of collaboration going on in the auto industry. So who knows what's next? Like the new Supra / BMW for example, or back in the day with the GM-rebadged Toyota Corolla. What is a brand anyway?

I wanted to point out this 2016-2019 Fiat Fullback here. Actually a Mitsubishi L200 some places, and a Ram 1200 in the middle east apparently. Thanks, wikipedia!

And the dodge d-50 was a rebagded mitsu mighty max, then the Mitsubishi raider became a rebadged Dakota in the 2000's I believe. I don't think the later ones were even sold in Canada, I only saw one years ago with merican plates.

Eagle talon, plymouth laser, mitsubishi eclipse,etc.....
Eagle 2000gtx in 91-92 based on the galant I believe.

The last Galants were nice looking sedans. They were closer to the size of an Optima. The last Malibu's were even bigger yet.
