Will 2018 AC compressor fit 2014???

Finally getting around to replacing the faulty AC compressor On my 2014. I ordered a used 2018 Compressor on EBay. Research online gives conflicting information on whether or not it is compatible. Anyone have any info?

I just looked at the parts diagrams again. The compressor assemblies are the same part number. I changed the picture in post #2 to show this.

What's interesting is that now you can buy the compressor and compressor clutch as individual parts. I don't think that was possible a year ago (you had to buy the assembly I think). There have been some compressor clutch failures on the forum...so maybe the clutches are failing before the compressors. Maybe that's why they are now offering the clutch separately.

How many miles did you get before the AC failed?

I got to about 125K before the AC failed. 100K I replaced the alternator. About 130K i replaced the (severely abused) manual trans.

BTW 2018 AC compressor is the same as stated above by Top Fuel.
