2017-onwards vs 2016 and earlier Mitsubishi Mirages CVT transmission differences?

Hi, i am from the Philippines and here, the dealership service maintenance for the Mirage does not include the replacement of the paper filter in the transmission (see picture) for RE0F11A JF015E

The problem is that the amazon ad and other online store advertise this filter as for MIrage 2017 onwards. Does this mean this won't work on my 2013 Mirage?

CVT filter and Oring part numbers

Does anyone know if filter and oring part numbers 2921A010 and 2921A011 are correct for my 2015 cvt? I've seen several part numbers and one website says it's not right for a 2015.
    Thanks!

Merged threads, corrected spelling and placed in the correct subforum to keep these things tidy and searchable for future Mirage Forum generations to come.

Nope - found something with the merged thread title, that’s all. Don’t want to get caught up in spelling contests, I’d get skewered.

More importantly it seems there is a need for a parts list TABLE. And who doesn’t like a good table? I know I like a good table.

I've had both filters replaced on my 2014 and 2017 Mirages at Aamco. They are the same so it's easy. The difference between the JATCO CVT7 (pre 04/01/14 vs post 04/01/14 has never been established on here. I believe Fummins said it's possible it's a "miracle part" or something obscure? But I digress, don't worry about the cvt filters though, completely interchangeable. According to my Aamco guy at least.

Ok, had me worried I misspelled something!
I did find the 4-14 and earlier built Mirage CVT uses 2921A011 and 2921A010. The 4-14 and up use 2921A007 filter and 2921A006 oring.
When I 'checked fitment' for 2921A011 and 2921A010 for the 2015 on several parts websites, I received a 'this DOES NOT fit your 2015 Mirage' message.
However, the 007 and 006 part numbers are shown as fitting 2015 and up.

Dirk - I would guess they are probably the same parts. Maybe some slight improvement on the alternate part number, not sure. Maybe Fummins has some experience with these?

Savannah Mitsubishi is one, ebay for another.
I've dealt with several Mitsubishi dealers online and found Savannah to be really good to deal with for parts, they usually have what I need in stock.
Not really sure why they have two sets of part numbers. Kind of like oil filters, they have more than one that fit. Probably doesn't matter as long as the filters are the same size. One may have more pleats or maybe different rubber seal, who knows. Maybe different manufacturer?
I'll compare when I change it and post measurements, pictures, etc.

I've been offered 2 different oil filters for the Mirages. They used to sell us the mz690072 for the last 6 years then one day there must have been someone new on the parts desk that said we were using the wrong filters....sent over the 1230a105 filters, the little ones they use from factory without the anti drain back valve.

I wonder what the difference in the cvt part numbers is?
