I'll be dealing with a lot of tax preparation and W2s and 1040s when l become an Accountant in the next year and a half, I'm still learning stuff I wish they taught in HS. Would have really helped me along.

Do you guys really want a mortgage rate thread?

I read this weekend that one major Canadian bank is now offering a sub-1% mortgage rate for the first time ever. No wonder house prices have gone crazy, even through the pandemic.

Yeah man give this thread the purge. "Loan rate and other bs" is the thread we need.

I have not received negative comments (that I’m aware). No kids or strangers pointing finger or making funny gestures either. Small compact cars are pretty common where I live, like Chevy Spark and Nissan Note. When I go to a more suburb area, then I start getting more bombarded with bigger “muscle” cars like trucks and full size SUVs. A couple of friends complimented that they liked the car (not sure if they were just being polite). When I took my car to get serviced last time, the mechanic randomly said he loved this car and it’s great on gas and comfortable (don’t know about the latter). I was pretty surprised he knew about the car. He said his brother has one and the brother loves it as well.

Actually, neither negative or positive, but 2 times I caught a stranger in the parking lot checking out my car with curiosity and interest. They both were older Asian males (I believe they’re Japanese). Different cities. One spent a good few minutes looking at it front to back.
