25 Most popular topics / threads of 2020!

2020 was quite the year, wasn't it?

Care to guess which single forum discussion (off-topic, of course) generated the most chatter this year? Hint: it went viral! Actually, don't bother, because we're omitting it from the big retrospective because, frankly, we're sick of it too!

And so, here we have the remaining hottest discussions of the year (chosen either because they had the most replies or the most views).

Note: sticking exclusively to a Jan-Dec timeframe handicaps topics that are started late in the year, so I'm including a few stand-outs that were started at the end of 2019.

Here's hoping your 2021 turns out to be healthy, happy & prosperous for you & yours.

What about rear axle alignment? It's didn't make the top 25 this year!

I might have omitted one or two other CVT threads in the interest of variety. And not giving Dirk an aneurism.

Maybe it's a good sign when no alignment or TPMS threads made the cut!

Woops...I stand corrected on the TPMS thread (#22)...

The city contracts with an outside company(ies) for the outskirts of the city(which is where I'm at...)and they don't like to interact with each other too causing whole city blocks to go un-plowed....that's a huge issue for emergency workers and they could care less...Ah the joys of living in a big city never end

Another one of my attempts to disable A system that shouldn't be disabled in the first place... Ugh... Hey MetroMPG, next time I should try to disable my variable valve timing and throttle body and see what happens lol. I'm sure that'll make an interesting thread.

Edit: Also MetroMPG, I apologize for taking a lot of threads off topic... I can't help that I have ADD and OCD.... Yikes that's a combo... Well maybe I can take medication for that lol...

Haha MetroMPG your explanations are priceless.

Yes I do have the 7 year itch, and I think it's from the 84 month payment plan. Feels like a prison sentence, you're just checking off the months. Now I'm free for another costly sentence lol.

I am not buying a new car any time soon. I at least need to try winter tires on my Mirage (or all weathers) for a year before plunging into another pool of debt. The worse part about car debt is after 84 months, your car is probably not worth that much anymore. Doesn't matter if we're talking Mirage's or we're talking 7 year old Cadillacs.
