    Bypass The Haters

Hello all, new to forum. Just bought a 2020 Mirage. Despite all the negatives from the so called magazine and internet car experts I love the car and love driving it. My wife and I volley for who will drive it first LOL. Yes the engine is noisy but who cares, everything else is great. Just fun to drive. No slow pickup speed problem for me, picks up just fine. Anyway thanks for accepting me on the forum...K

Hey Kaplana08 welcome, glad to hear you're loving your new Mirage.

Honestly my Mirage is the best car I've owned, my old Ford Escort was good in its time, but not by 2014 lol.

The Mirage is light and simple, other than a few quibbles my Mirage has served me well for almost 7 years. Mirage is a practical appliance, not everyone wants the deluxe, built-in ice cube maker in their "refrigerator" eh. Cheers

Thanks for your reply. I hope mine will last for 12 years. That's how long I had my Yaris for. Until some guy slammed into me. It was still going strong 140.000 miles. 0 repairs.

Hello Kaplana08 and welcome to the forum.

Out of all the cars to choose from, what led you to the Mirage?

Oh wow, I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate set of circumstances there K. Honestly seems so typical that the fate of your bulletproof Yaris, was getting slammed into by some jerk. Glad you're alright!

All kinds of drivers not paying attention one way or another, and driving a motorized vehicle.

I also own a 2018 Outlander Sport and have owned a 2008 Lancer and a 2016 Lancer. I have had Mitsubishi's for years. Great cars excellent prices. So when my run about Yaris was destroyed I needed another car like it to tool around the neighborhood. Mirage fit the bill. I also own some American Muscle.
