Lol no, picture was taken when I arrived at work, safe to take pictures rather than a moving vehicle. Average speed was 70 km/h (including city trip).

Also, sometimes instead of brushing the snow off my car I just wind it up to around 178km/h to blow the snow off, and it seems that the 1.0L engine would not be capable of this, so it means more work for me, and my time is valuable.

There is no replacement for displacement (except maybe electric drives . . . )
    LOL ... nicely written!

And I'm sure it's possible to even get a lower number with wind blowing the same direction am heading.

As promised, proven it's possible. This is on my way back. Lowered my average speed by a few km/hours. I was cruising with avg of 63.5 km/hour on my way back. Max speed was 90 km/hour.

    3.7 L/100 km = 63.6 mpg (US) = 27.0 km/L

weird the picture was gone. But it was indeed 3.7L/100 KM or 1L for 27 KM.
BTW I did it again today .... same number. Still haven't managed to break 3.7L
