I think we have a different setup than you - we're towing a little
2009 A-Liner Scout. It's got a 12'x6' box, 15' overall, weighs under 1,100lbs - add maybe another 200lbs for our gear. No water or sewage lines or tanks, no heater - real simple. Better than sleeping on the ground type stuff. Anyway this was just for one night and maybe we'll get to go on bigger, longer trips once we get things figured out.
Would like to install a brake controller one of these days. I already have a Tekonsha controller - bought it for my Jeep but would like to get it going on the Escape too in the sense that every little bit helps even with such a lightweight trailer.
Travel trailer prices these days are Nuts with a capital N. Holy smokes - everyone wants to get away from it all with others who want to get away from everyone else. It's hilarious.
Is it true all campers leak? This one's nice and all but I don't want to deal with a leak but there it is - suspicious stains in one little corner.
I saw the International Space Station once but not one of those. Unless you meant one of these:
Tesla Satellite
Again, I'll need to build up to a nice long trip one of these days and get away from all this light pollution to see a real starfield again. Like being out on the open ocean - there's nothing like it.
