This certainly looks like a weak spark / grounding issue on that plug. It might be a different cylinder than the one that was previously replaced or the replacement went bad. You have a lot of heat and humidity in the south which will find any "weak spots" and cause havoc.

Boot didn't look bad at all according to my mech friend, I'm going to do a hwy test tomorrow and see whats up. Probably do a compression test too. At least I got those fresh plugs in there, power felt better too but that could just be in my head.

Replacing a spark plug boot on a Mirage -

I would replace the spark plug boot for the spark plug that looked green. It's a cheap item to try first.

Rockauto.com only has one left currently -

I'll order another then. We checked the original and it seemed fine, no cracks or anything. I'll find out more when I do my highway test to see if I can get better mpg.

It's a cheap item. It's just a suggestion on my part. I may just replace the three spark plug boots when I do my spark plugs. Rockauto makes that recommendation when ordering the OEM NGK spark plugs for a Mirage.

I've never bothered replacing a boot on these cars. They don't stick to the spark plugs and the chances of damaging one upon removal is slim to none. An out of town independent shop claimed a car needed plug boots, I got the old ones back. No signs of damage, I just put them back on the engine I robbed them from.

I get all that, but he has one plug that looked totally different than the other two.
