Owner of a New 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage

Just purchased my 2021 Mirage and I have to say it I am very happy with it.
I was driving a fullsize GMC van with 350,000 miles on it.
It was in need of many repairs, about 2K in parts; and a few weekends of labor if all goes well, and it rarely does.
I traded in the van and put 2K down.

I miss being able to haul anything I want and being able to park anywhere without a care.
I miss being able to tow a trailer.

The gas Milage is worth it.
It is good in town and on the highway.

Welcome to the wonderful and wacky world of Mitsubishi Mirage, Ret_Marine2003@Yahoo.com

Going from a full-size Van to a mirage, well that's pretty cool. You will love the fuel savings. Plus I have packed a bunch of cargo in my Mirage's hatch over the past 7 years.

My Mirage has been a pretty good car overall. I had a few warranty and first year manufacturers blips, but other than standard stuff I have gotten the same fuel economy numbers (39-55 mpg on average) through the years, and the seasons, with doing absolutely nothing like air pressure or bigger spoiler, to get good MPGs. The car just gets good mpgs.

Mirages take a corner better than a lot of cars in my opinion. I prefer my 5 speed manual, to each their own on that one. I stalled it at McDonald's earlier today so I ain't perfect. At least you can push start the car with your foot down a hill if you have to.

I think the Mirage is a good looking car in a world of SUVs and trucks, but those big and mean drivers, they don't' seem to like my Mirage as much sometimes lol.

Anyway cheers eh, I look forward to hearing your take on this funny little car.

I know we aren't supposed to, but I have a small engine repair shop & I lost my shop truck to rust a couple years ago. I put a Curt trailer hitch on the Pumpkin & bought a small trailer from Canadian Tire https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/s...8092p.html#srp
I use it for Lawn Tractors & Snow Blowers all the time & it pulls fine. (If the dealer says anything about it, I only use a bike rack Also welcome
I didn't know what to do, so I didn't do anything
