(I don't drive a lot. Around 5,000 km / 3k mi a year. Mostly because I work from home, and I usually walk/bike in my small city. Which is one reason my 1998 Firefly/Metro has only 31,000 km (~20k mi.) on it. Also because it sat parked in a garage, unused for 7 years before I bought it! )

I’ll see what the fleet cars are at later and update this post with more accurate numbers.

The highest was wrecked and probably not gonna fix it. The next highest is well past 400k km on the original drivetrain. There are some 2017’s with well over 300k.
Whoa! Your km leader was wrecked? The one nearing 350k km? That sucks man. All that work you put into it, showing anyone, whose willing to go over your data, that these aren't throw away cars after 150k km. I hate that!

I can't wait to see you're updated fleet roll car. Is you're company going to stick with Mirages or are they looking at other sh*tboxes?

The highest mileage original drivetrain car is still going. The highest mileage in the fleet was wrecked last year. Who knows, it might be repaired. It'd be cheaper than buying a new car and I have all the parts to fix it.
They stopped selling the Nissan Nv200 van's. Probably a good thing since they are complete garbage cans. The engines and transmissions are holding together(surprisingly) but everything else is $hit, window regulators, door handles, wiper transmissions, electrical problems, they eat tires and ball joints.

If anything the Mirages will be replaced by Mirages. But keyless entry and bluetooth are must have's. To get keyless you have to buy one of the two highest spec models now which puts the price at almost $20k here and Mitsubishi aparently doesn't offer fleet pricing anymore so there's one less incentive.

I bet they'll have fleet pricing when the chip crisis is done.

I just realized the 2 and 3 spots aren't in order. I have a few more to add but that sounded like work and the mileages may be off by 600miles.
    2017 with 374k km/232k miles 2/4/22
    2017 with 368k km/228k miles 1/12/22
    2015 with 349k km/217k miles 01/26/22 p0746 (nov 2019 233k km)Replaced valve body(used) it still moves.
2015 with 348k km/216k miles 02/4/22 Had cvt problems in 2020(250k km) iirc problem was just kick panel and under seat connectors. I'm pretty sure this one still has the original cvt.

Those are great numbers for a car Consumer Reports hinted would barely last 100k miles.

Out of the 24 Mirages that I service only 3 have under 200,000km/124,000miles. And 2 of the 3 are 2019's and the third is hardly driven for some weird reason. 13 Mirages have over 300,000km/186,000miles with the vast majority rocking the original cvt's.

There are another 11 Mirages at other locations service by independent shops. Most of them have far lower mileage than the ones out here.

Of all the vehicles I deal with everyday the mirages are the easiest to fix, diagnose and have the least problematic.
I have a 15 Nissan with 200k km in the shop that needs a wiper transmission(unless I can find the proper bushing). Again. I first assumed the cowl wasn't being cleared off but the problem was rust at the pivot ball on the wiper motor wearing out the bushing...
Over the years on just this one van I've had to replace
    -2 ball joints
    -2 wheel bearings(front and rear)
-window moulding on drivers day would get damaged by a car wash letting water drip down and freeze up the cable so you couldn't latch the door afterwards
    -Drivers Door latch(with cables)
    -belt tensioner and belt,
-heater controls(can only buy the cable with the controls..)
    -rear sliding door handles(both)
    -battery
-and the drivers mirror rusted off. I've had multiple vans where they come in with the mirror housing dangling by the wires. Water gets into the swivel part of the housing and doesn't drain, add a bit of dissimilar metal sciences and the thing turns to dust.

In your opinion what's the best commercial work van out there? A Ford Transit or Mercedes?
