Fummins has half as many valves as a proper Cummins truck. His is still cool though, even though he's lacking valves.
I thought of a brilliant idea to combat global warming. We can all do this: Turn on your car's A/C on Max Cool, then ride down the road with your windows open. Letting out all that cold air. And when you leave home, make sure your A/C is set as cold as possible, then leave open all your windows and doors. A few years of that will cool this earth back down! The next ice age will be imminent!
That's an idea Unky Joe would support (c'mon man, leave those windows open)!
You're all welcome.

Correction...
I sold the 12 valve years ago. So now I have twice as many valves as a proper one

Absolutely ZERO of those initiatives will take place in any country where every second vehicle is a loaded 4 dr. F150.
There will be riots in the streets before our net individual carbon footprints are zero. The only way the Americas go carbon neutral will be at the point of a gun barrel. Guaranteed.
Zero, 2014 ES Plus 5MT, written off but not forgotten.
Zero II, 2014 SE, 5MT, climate She's HOME now!
Shelby AKA "Cute", 2017 ES 5MT, A/C.
Mirage owners look at the world differently than everyone else, but in a better way
We're driving the Beetle of the 21st century, the greatest small car now available!

I still can't believe there are intelligent people who actually believe that CO2 is a planet-killing death gas. It is measured in parts per million and plants need it to exist.
'Climate change' is a cudgel wielded by the world's globalists to beat free people into submission.

It’s funny how stuff like this brings out politically-tinged rants.
Buying a little fuel-efficient car like the Mirage can say a lot about it’s owner, whether they just want to save some cash or want to cut back on their pollution.
Either way, there’s really no need for anyone to take offense here (either for or against) so let’s just calm down some and try to have a good conversation. If this thread is bothersome there’s plenty of other discussions to participate in.
I really oppose closing threads and would rather hope to see the best from posters here. Of course closing is an option in this case but only if folks can’t keep within forum rules of no politics please.

I am a satellite payload specialist. The data collected from various space missions at the ESOC (European Space Operation Center) in Darmstadt, and I was there long enough, clearly and without the least doubt show what is going on. Denying long established facts is as ignorant as claiming the world is flat, with sun and stars being holes in a curtain. I don't want to waste my time to discuss undisputed scientific facts. Period!
All of us, you and me included had at least two decades for doing our own personal homework. Thats one reason why I drive a Mirage instead of a ridiculously wasteful F150. Personal choice and initiatives of ordinary folks in this part of the planet already brought us 40% reduction since 1990. Doing an ostrich by sticking the head in the sand has never helped any.

Alrighty everyone I see this thread isn't getting any better. Is it time to close this one?
