    Maybe just buy a better hammer instead. A claw hammer isn't much good for anything when it comes to cars. I learned that pretty quickly. Something like this comes in handy for pretty much anything requiring a bfh. I wouldn't blow that much on a hammer unless you plan on using it all the time. Princess auto or crappy tire should have something cheaperer.

    Ditto. To both why and the use of a BFH. And remember, you can always get a bigger BFH if your current one doesn't cut it. I doubt a 16 oz. hammer will cut it. Use at least a 2 lb. sledge. Minimum.
