I'm a slow learner and just want to ask the obvious so there's no confusion for anyone reading this thread 6 months from now.
If I order this...
...then I should expect to get a complete drum assembly like this...
I'm tempted to grab a pair even though I don't need them. But I'm not sure which ones Rockauto will decide to send out this week. if I get bare drums in a box my head will explode.

It certainly pays $$$ to periodically look at the linings of the brake shoes!
Worn-out linings ruin drums in no time. Brake shoes are cheap and easy to replace, but if the drum assemblies are ruined, your wallet will be under attack!
