    WOW!!!

$20 for an ordinary axle nut?

$15 for one piece snap ring?

$189 for one single wheel bearing?

    They must be totally nuts!!!

Just had a quick look in WeePay and here they ask €29.26 (round about
US $25.-) for a set of two wheel bearings including snap rings and axle nuts, and of course the magnetic ABS-ring is included as an integral part of the bearings. There are plenty of similar offerings.

If it's the right part then yes. The car won't care if the spindle came from a car with a trunk or a hatch. I assume the g4 and Mirage share the same suspension, double check part numbers yourself first though. Just look up mitsubishi parts warehouse or some other US site that shows part numbers.

The knuckles themselves are the same from 2014-2021 for the hatch and the G4 sedan. Everything else likely is as well, but keep in mind the brakes were changed here in the US in 2017. They were made larger, so the caliper brackets might need to be swapped if you buy knuckles from an earlier car.

Mitsubishi is pretty proud of these bearings if you try to buy them at the dealership.

Aftermarket parts are hard to source for these cars through the usual channels, like WorldPac. If the shop paid $130 at the dealership parts counter for each bearing and then marked each of them up by 50%...and repair shops ALWAYS mark up parts...then that would equal about $190 per bearing.

Same is probably true for the other parts as well. Robbery, yes. But it is how they keep the lights on.
