Jack holder, under passenger seat query

Just wondering if anyone has removed the jack lips that stick up under the passenger's seat, I keep mine elsewhere and would like to remove these so I can store other stuff there easier, I'm wondering how stubborn the welds are or if I can just give it a good wack and pull it out.

You will need to drill them out.

I'm assuming this will leave holes in the bottom of the car? If that's the case I might just angle grind the bits that stick up as flush as possible.

Why not just smash them flat with a hammer? It's fast, easy, shouldn't leave holes in the floor, and if you change your mind you could try to bend them back into shape.

I vote for the angle grinder solution. With a spray bottle of water to put out any sparks that get out of hand....
