    Steering extension

Does anyone here know if the steering spline on the Mirage is similar to any other cars in Mitsubishi's range?

I'm looking at https://www.spacershop.com/?product_cat=mitsubishi which makes them for the Colt, Lancer Evo and Pajero, I email'd the guy and he wasn't sure, said if I bought him a steering wheel he could check but I'm not really into that, it's already going to cost 400+ in local currency so buying another wheel is bananas.

The steering wheel length is driving ME bananas though.

You could try to compare steering wheel part numbers on a mitsu parts site?

The pedals are too close and the wheel to far. I'm forced to steer with my hand on the bottom of the wheel. I really wish the Mirage had a telescopic wheel. I'm 6ft and have to push my seat almost all the way back for ankle comfort. Meanwhile my 5'2 wife loves the up close pedals. These csrs were designed for little people. Mitsu probably thought no big burly man would be seen in one lol.

Hits a bit close to home, even the telescopics are not that great extended all the way.
