ETACS Decoder Download Link

Anyone know where I can download the ETACS decoder software? I'm interested in doing a cruise control retrofit on my 2015 DE, but the link for the ETACS Decoder website appears to be down. Any thoughts on how I can get access to the software to make the required changes to enable cruise control?

I have no idea if that website is still up.. The last time I was able to access it was thru VPN some time ago .. AFAIK, Vadim had made his software to be paid first before you can use it.

you can try MMCodingWriter instead.. I have not tried it though.
