I bought a second hand Dodge Attitude 2017 in Mexico, trunk button does not function, I found what it seems to be the alarm or part of it and an open connection(photos with the interrogation symbol ?).

I read that if the alarm is not operating the trunk button will not open/close. I tested connection and button with a multimeter for continuity, everything looks fine. I also measure a voltage in the motor connection for 4 volts approximately.

Any recommendations? what is the connection(?) for?
