50,000 miles from a factory tire would be quite good in my opinion.

Like Basic said, they want you coming back for new tires asap.

    50000kms, not miles.
His next set went almost double that.
    Same tire and model.

On my 7,140 pound Cummins Dodge Ram, I put 99,000 miles on the original tires. That included A LOT of towing. Those were Michelin LTX A/S Load Range E tires. A really good alignment (toe adjustment only) and true front and rear axles help.

Not bragging, just saying. Yes, they were plum wornd out! But they stayed balanced and wore even the whole time. Put Bridgestones (LR E) on it next, and one of them blew a belt in the tread area at about 35k miles. Went back to Michelin LTX LR E tires and that is still the tires on there now. I'm at 195k miles on it now. Been a Michelin fan ever since the Bridgestone gave out preliminarily.

.... and it was a lot cheaper than the $180 that the dealership wanted for OEM parts.
I think these cost me $46 from eBay/China. I actually forgot that I ordered them until the box arrived.

Got the audio system replaced today by Hyperion Technology in Ottawa. They did an awesome job! The steering wheel controls and backup camera work too.
They screen is SO MUCH better, and of course it sounds a lot better too.

Sony XAV-AX5000 and Cerwin Vega HED series components, with a 6.5 inch woofer and 1" tweeter. Sound treatment on the woofers too. They were able to integrate the steering wheel controls and OEM rear camera to the head unit too.

Those small tweeters are really nice! How do you like the center arm rest thingy? Does it wobble?

Yeah, it wobbles, and it kinda blocks the hand brake lever. Overall, it's more annoying than useful for me. I took it out of the car.

Thanks, I thought so as well. I'll spend my time building a cargo box for the trunk then
