I read that there is a connection with the Calibers and the Lancers in the Lemon Aid Used Car Guide. I think that may be a Canadian consumer reports book, but this one is way more small time. Chryslers and Mitsubishis seem to go back a long time, but then you have the Daimler connection with the Mitsubishi. Car companies get around lol

judging by the quarter panel (not wide body) and the color (sunburst orange) i think its the ralliart not the evo 10, or maybe im wrong because pictures are not clear enough.
I did some research on the Lancer name. Chrysler used it all the way back to 1962. The 80s K-car Lancers used 2.6L 4 cylinder Mitsubishi engine, and 3.0 V6 Mitsubishi Engine.
So the Dodge/Chrysler Lancer Shelby has mitsubishi in it!?
That's the Lancer Sportback rental I had for a week, a few years ago. No widebody, looks the same as that Dodge.
